Yamaha's YSTM101W stereo speaker system includes two 2.5-inch full-range speakers that incorporate Yamaha's active Servo Technology to produce a deep, responsive bass. A compatible subwoofer plugged into the available subwoofer output jack lets you enhance your low-end sound, and a headphone jack on the satellite speaker makes private listening easy.

Who'd have thought that such little speakers could sound so good? Not audiophile quality, but much better than most low-end computer speakers. They fill my office with sound when the boss is gone (I plug into the headphone jack when he's here) & I have no complaints. For home use, I'd fork over a bit more money & get speakers with subwoofers. Very satisfying.

Nothing wrong with these. They sound great and look great. Good sound, no distortion.

Great sound for a 2 speaker system. I bought the black (a little more expensive but go well with my IBM T30).
