The Yamazaki Bolo 3 piece cheese set consists of a 5 1/2 inch symmetrical pointed blade for breaking off hard cheeses such as Parmesan or Romano; a 5 1/2 inch pointed spreader blade for semi firm cheeses such as Cheddar or Jarlsberg; and a 5 1/2 inch wide blade server for soft crumbly cheeses such as Stilton or Blue Cheese.

Cute modern design, perfect size for all types of cheese cutting. Only complaint is that the stainless steel gets waters pots but I bought stainless steel cleaner that works like a charm. I highly recommend these little cuties!

Nice looking cheese knives, but the edges were blunt as if they had not been finished at the factory. Firm cheeses like cheddar were mangled not sliced. I used a bench grinder to put an edge on the knives, but that is never as good as a factory edge. Bed Bath and Beyond has a comparable set for a lower price and they come with edges sharp enough to cut cheese.
