5.0 out of 5 stars Quality little set!, September 22, 2010

Quality set, a good-looking and durable alternative to some of the plastic junk that's out there on the market. They are the perfect size for my 15 month old's little hands.

One warning for gift-givers and picky folks: The set I received from Amazon had clear plastic packaging that rubbed a dull scratched spot on the top of each of the handles. They were for our home use, and I figured that after a few trips through the dishwasher it wouldn't matter, but if I was purchasing them to be engraved and given as a gift, I probably would have returned them.

Update: We've been using these for about 8 months, and they're holding up great. We love the fork. My only complaint is the design of the spoon-it is kind of on the deep side, and my daughter hasn't figured out yet how to keep it upright, so a lot of food gets dumped as it revolves 180 degrees on it's way to her mouth. The Oxo and gerber sets (plastic handle, less high quality) have a more paddle-shaped spoon which I find works better for us, at least for now.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very Nice!, December 26, 2009

I ordered this set for my son for Christmas. At 17 months he eats solely with a fork and these are great. They are a nice weight and the handles are kind of fat on the end so they are easy to hang on to. They are much nicer than all the tacky kids utensils out there and fit in nicely with the rest of the families at dinner time. Would definitely purchase these as my next shower gift!

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect baby silverware, August 17, 2009

My 1.5 yo loves these. They look enough like Mom and Dad's silverware, they are wide at the end for baby's hands, and short enough for her to use them to put foot in her mouth. Classy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful Silverware, January 12, 2012
This review is from: Yamazaki Tantalyn 2-Piece Baby Set (Kitchen)
These are wonderful for toddlers to use. My kids feel very grown up and try their best to eat neatly when they're given silverware. They're pretty neat eaters even with the plastic stuff, but especially with silverware!

5.0 out of 5 stars Contemporay Childrens Feeding Set, December 8, 2011

Are you a contemporary, sophisticated couple? I'm not!...but I'm a Nona that is! These utensils are a work of art! and a perfect compliment to their infant feeding spoon! The handles are thick and easy for those little hands to hold securely! I had such a hard time finding modern stainless steel baby feeding utensils in stores so I was so excited to find these! Thank you Amazon.com!

Very nice looking and sized well. very easy for a young child to grip, the way the handle is shaped. doesn't easily slip out of their hand. the angle of the fork and the deep scoop of the spoon seem to make it easier to eat with than straight-handled utensils (at least for kids who still hold a fork with their fist). the packaging is also pretty enough, and these are well made enough, that this could make a nice gift.
