I love Yankee Candles as generally their scents are strong, filling the room they burn in and drifting into other rooms.

Vanilla is my favorite common candle scent. I was really surprised that this Vanilla Yankee Candle was not strongly scented. I don't usually buy the vanilla scent from Yankee Candle since they have so many other unique scents that I love. I couldn't even detect the vanilla scent when I was six feet away. I just finished using this candle yesterday. My family noticed the lack of scent also.

I'm going back to using other Yankee Candle scents that have vanilla in them, as part of a blend, but that go under other names. Birthday Cake and Danish Butter Cookie are two examples (the latter I'm burning right now and it is SO strong, in a good way).

the candle is nice but a little pricey, you can go to the candle store locally and get two for the price i spent on this one.
