strong and smells pleasant. i agree with the other review that said it was floral and not grass. don't get it if you're intent on something earthy like that plain grass scent a few years ago. it wasn't wrapped properly and arrived shattered so i had to take it out of the glass and use it as a pillar. it burns the same though. i'd buy it again - the others i've purchased arrived in shape. you need to expect a few damaged items when you're ordering online.

Got this as a gift. This is more a floral scent than a grass scent IMO. It reminds me of Garden Hideaway, which I hate. This candle gave me a headache, so I exchanged it for another scent.

This candle is so strong that it smells lovely just sitting on my desk. When I want the entire back of my house to smell good I burn it. The scent isn't like any grass I've ever smelled but it is clean and lovely. HOWEVER, it is very strong. You do not want to burn it if you are stuck in the same room with it. During decent weather when I can open windows one candle combined with the air-flow is enough to scent the entire house.

Thought I would love this going by the reviews that were written about it ... and the NAME! DUNE GRASS! Seems great. It reeked. It was quite the unpleasant aroma and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The jar candle was broken in several pieces.......it was not packaged to keep it from breaking and it was moving around in the box...I am not happy.

Ken's Review on Yankee Dune Grass 22oz Candle are simple GREAT! All Yankee candles have great scents, but I love the the Dunn Grass candles.
