Amazon Verified Purchase
Needed an aerator and didn't want to use the cinder block special. This guy works great if you can get beyond the price. It has a bung on the side so you can fill it with water which adds weight, allot of weight; In fact, my 19hp single cylinder Cub Cadet LT1045 mower struggles to pull this on uneven terrain. I generally fill it about 3/4 of the way and it does fine then. It is very well built and even has brass grease fittings at the tow hitch pivot points. Lots of spikes on this thing, it really does a great job ! If you do have this shipped to your house or business, it will need to be assembled; it doesn't come with the hitch or spikes pre installed. The spikes are held in place with nuts and bolts which is nice because you can replace them if one should go bad; So there is assembly involved, but it's not too bad. If you have a Northern Tools store nearby, I would suggest picking this up if possible, shipping to an adjacent state for me was $125, WOW . Beyond that, I highly recommend this, perfect for a lawn and garden business or homeowner. It'll last a lifetime as it's built like a tank. Even with the high shipping charge, I give this guy 5 stars, excellent !
