In my 20s I did a lot of weight lifting. I used elastic bandages. they worked well but took forever to apply.
I'm in my 50s now. I recently began Kung Fu for exercise and mediation. Kung Fu, in general, is not kind to an old man's knees.
My knees hurt after every workout until I started using these. I am now pain free.

This seems to do the trick. My knee was feeling unsteady when hiking or walking longer distances. The brace has alleviated this issue.

I bought them for my husband and son who both have knee problems. Seemed to have helped each of them cope with painful knee conditions.

I've tried many knee braces through the years as my knee arthritis has progressed. So far I like this one the best. It's completely adjustable and it stays in place very well. The sleeve-type braces are one size fits all, and none of them stay in place for me. They're very uncomfortable. This one is curved to fit a knee and the fully adjustable straps make it easy for anyone to get the fit they need. I'm going to order one for my other knee.

The brace doesn't fit well and rubs on my thigh. The top doesn't lay flat no matter how you wrap your knee. I bought 2 and will be returning the one I haven't used.

it was to small for me but my wife uses it sometimes. Wish it would come in extra extra large.

I bought this for more girlfriend who has multiple problems with left knee and this support worked immediately to allow her to walk better. I saw positive reviews from certified purchasers and can confirm that this knee support does an excellent job...at a great price.

I am 2 or 3 years away from needing a total knee replacement and have worn over the counter knee brace's for the last 5 or 6 years when sport active .
I do not like the prescription type as provided by my health plan at all. based on all the adjustments made with the little key. The Bracoo is easy on easy off and very easy to adjust. I have found very little slippage as I have experienced with some other models. It is more compact and cost far less than the Muellar (my 2nd choice) and as more compact I believe it holds the joint closer together and offers more support when you are active. I wear the Tommie Copper Knee Sleeve when driving or just around the house, also great product, check it out.

Good breathable material. Needs constant adjustment as it slips w the impact of running. Straps constrain and instead of holding in place, they constrain and are uncomfortable.

i injured my knee a little bit at the gym. i purchased this in hopes that it would keep my knee in place and help heal. the top part of this knee support slips off very easily. my knee feels the same as after the injury. very disappointed.
