Absolutely gorgeous art - there's a reason this book is going for so much money now that it's out of print.

I thought that this was a pretty good art book.
The two previous reviewers were right about not utilizing the full pages, there's many drawings that are smaller in size, but it's about half the book pretty much. The pages you see in the example are the actual full pages. But the feel is a lot smaller than I thought. So that was actually a disappointment. But for the rest of the images, I was okay with them. Or actually, the first couple of pages had decent sized art, and they were really good. But then the last few pages had thumbnail sized images...
The presentation for the cover and the back were good. I didn't find the text on the pictures as bad as it sounded.
The book is actually horizontal, and the cover isn't like how you see it on the amazon picture. I liked the cover, just wish it was bigger. The main problem with this book is that the pictures are too small. I love the art, but it makes me wish that I could see everything the artist did.

I'll make it simple: this is an excellent book, packed with the stunning art of Yasushi Suzuki. I had never heard of him until I had picked this book up, and now, I am a fan for life. Even better is the fact that anyone I have shown the book to wants to get their own copy.

I'm not sure why the previous reviewer did not like it so much, since I find none of the faults about the book that were mentioned in that review. Having said that, I do wish it were longer, but that's just a minor nitpick. Pick this one up.

I thought this was an absolutely fantastic book. Suzuki is certainley a fabulous artist, and I plan on keeping up with his works now that I've read his artbook. A great buy I am completely satisfied with!
The artbook had an interview in the back along with a brief history of Yasushi Suzuki, and 72 pages of his works, with text in both English and Japanese. I recomend this book to anyone who thought the cover was beautiful, because the works inside are just as lovely- if not than more lovely. I've been flipping through it non-stop, and it's still not old.

Absolutely gorgeous art - there's a reason this book is going for so much money now that it's out of print.
It's true that they could have improved the book if they had made it bigger so the art could have been displayed better, but I don't have as much of an issue with it as some reviewers do. A majority of the art doesn't have text overlapping it, and there are very few pages with empty space.
If you can find this book for a decent price, snap it up quick before someone else does!
