Some olive oils are grassy, peppery, or buttery. This one is just as it says, fruity, with no peppery or grassy flavors, and also no strong flavors of butter. So this is an easy extra virgin with a pleasant flavor that could be enjoyed by anyone who likes to taste the flavor of the oil, but isn't looking for a grassy note, or peppery intensity.
