My most favorite quote from the book. The book is soooooo chock full of nuggets of wisdom and great humor. I work with newly diagnosed cervical cancer patients and I will now recommend this book as part of their healing through humor method of recovery! Thanks for an awesome book Dave. It's just what we all need to brighten our day and make the most of ALL of our moments.

I took Dave's Yoga +Chocolate workshop at the Midwest Yoga Conference in May...loved his class (especially when he came over by me during Warrior 2 pose & introduced himself personally~plus love the song "Angie")! Instantly knowing I had to get his book. Then attended his lunchtime keynote & had him sign it. This book is AWESOME! I didn't want it to end...I can so relate to some of the stories. It also really makes you think of how to be in the moment & not to let them just pass you by. It's funny with those crazy awe moments, beautiful by feeling the love & of course delicious by just thinking about the chocolate! I have quoted several items from the book in my yoga classes & will continue to do so! I absolutely recommend this book to everyone...you won't want to put it down! You rock Dave! Peace.

a stranger that I was talking with recommended this book, we were discussing yoga and he mentioned yeah dave....it stuck in my brain and I read it. had a awesome belly laugh in one chapter. it has a positive vibe throughout. fast read nothing deep.

Yeah Dave's Guide to Livin' the Moment is a funny, honest, and uncomplicated must read for anyone looking for the lighter side of enlightenment. Yeah Dave uses highly relatable personal tales of life highs & lows, lessons learned & discoveries made to demonstrate his method of self-learning &enlightenment. The path to "Livin' the Moment" is simple and straightforward utilizing tools every reader has within them and acts as a guide through the clutter of the modern mind with a return to life's true happy places that lie within us all. As with his unique style to teaching yoga, Yeah Dave speaks to the unpretentious and down-to-earth folks who appreciate the joy brought from the lil' things in life; a glass of wine, a piece of chocolate, and a great play list.

I couldn't put it down. It made me laugh out loud and touched my heart. David Romanelli, through sharing his personal experiences, teaches us to pay attention to our lives and find meaning in the now, amid the chaos of email, iPods and too-busy schedules. Excellent read!

I recently attended the National Cervical Cancer Coalition conference in Chicago - and picked up a copy of Dave's book Livin' the Moment after his presentation - which was fantastic - he made me laugh - he made me think - and he made me appreciate the moment. His book is just as exciting as his presentation! I had originally seen him on Chicago's WGN news segment - which made me appreciate being in his presence all the more. A super speaker, a book worth reading, and he has a great choice of chocolate for the palette. Down to earth in a way that you can appreciate what he is explaining - and easy to understand - worth the read!

My search for a book to start me moving after an injury led me to Dave's book. It was more than I ever could have imagined. What a find! At a time when I needed to laugh Dave stories made me laugh so hard I cried. Everyone will find pieces of themselves in the chapters that unfold. His honesty makes you feel as if you're reading about a long lost friend. Every story has a message that will make you stop reading and think. This book is a quick read, but you'll find yourself wanting to take small bites as if approaching a piece of decadent chocolate :). When you're finished it'll put a smile on your face and leave you open to a new way of looking at life!

A breath of fresh air! Dave Romanelli deals with a subject of the utmost complexity with uncanny simplicity. A must read!! Pure pleasure.

I was originally looking for wisdom, but Yeah Dave actually adds a gigantic splash of FUN to our universal life lessons. Enjoy peace, laughter, tasty treats and exercise all at once. Somewhat like chicken pot pie, you'll not notice that Yeah Dave is good for you.

Definitely a bit skeptical of "self-help"-ish books but found this to be far from the traditional. Excellent and super funny, a "real" persons guide to better living.
An absolute must read and trust me, you'll laugh out loud! Always a good thing. . . .
