Uncle Kracker is great and Kid Rock is doing all the rap so that's even better. He definitely stands strong with these singles. You should definitely get this CD if you're an uncle kracker or kid rock fan or just a fan of music!

5.0 out of 5 stars The Outsider's Soul in the Simplicity of Tender Reality, March 2, 2003

This review is from: Yeah Yeah Yeah (Audio CD)
The White Man's version of the blues where he need not mimic the soul so often expressed by negro spirituals that whites know better than to try to imitate, and don't feel the need to. The sincerely constructed depth of emotion revealed in a shameless, appropriate and appreciative mix of the nexus of cowboy rock/jazz and gospel that so many can relate to, and would like to comfortably express. A man's man view of the hypocrisy and sentiments among us, so often unpronounced. A refreshing revelation of emotional display with a plethora of innovative musical backdrop to set the stage, and enhance its appeal, signaling a variation of the "new spirit" of America - constructive expression through art using its finest proportions and mechanics.
