About the Author
Liz Gilson Aaron, founder of Weight Loss for Good, coach, author, and speaker, loves to inspire and motivate women over 40. She has led a life of many adventures and some mishaps! Her “career” started with ten years of sailing and a love affair with boats, moving to another love affair—this time with computers and software, and then to several years in grad school in her 40s. Aaron is a born teacher—whatever she knows about, she will teach! She has taught, among other things, windsurfing, weight loss, computer office systems, and Dead Sea Scrolls and Old Testament/Hebrew Bible at colleges, churches, and museums. Nowadays, Aaron has dedicated herself to helping smart, intelligent women who are chal-lenged with excess weight, career choices, and life issues that are holding them back from their fullest potential. Aaron loves to speak to crowds, big or small. Contact her through her website www.lizgilsonaaron.com to book her for your event.
