Loved reading this book, which brings deserved attention to Niagara's wine region,
By Nancy in Tacoma "Nancy" (Tacoma, WA USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: A Year in Niagara: The People and Food of Wine Country (Paperback)
I'm a native of the Niagara Region (now living in the Western United States) and picked up a copy of this book at one of the wineries while visiting a couple of years ago. It's a wonderful book about this fabulous wine region, which gets so little attention from the rest of the world. (sometimes I'm glad -- makes visits to the beautiful wineries so much more personal). If you open any book about wine regions of the world, Ontario/Niagara gets less than a page, even in a 200 page book - - so kudos to the author for writing such a wonderful book for the enjoymnent of those of us who appreciate Niagara's wineries !
