I was really disappointed in these earrings. They are very, very small and flimsy despite their rather large price tag. Fortunately, the pair I received was defective so I was able to return them without having to incur a return shipping charge.

These earrings would have to double in size before I would ever consider buying them again. Yes, they are pretty and they look just like the pictured item, provided of course you can tell since you'll be squinting so hard.

I took a chance and bought these earrings for my girlfriend when it had no reviews at all because they looked nice. She liked them a lot, but I was surprised at how small they were. Definitely make note of the listed dimensions. They are however very pretty, and compliment her hair and outfits nicely. One thing that I'm concerned about is their durability; because they are so small, they seem kind of flimsy, especially where the hook meets the main part. I also found that the ruby is more reddish pinkish than deep red, but this is probably due to the small size of the ruby which lets in too much light to produce a deep dark color. Overall I am satisfied with them and will probably go for another pair of ruby earrings as well.
