I wouldn't rate this as a "toy", but as a party favor. I held a rubber-duckie themed baby shower for my cousin. Everyone got a necklace on the way in and whoever said baby had to give away their necklace to the person that caught them, winner being the one with the most necklaces at the end of the afternoon. Fun quick game, and a light necklace that wasn't annoying or cumbersome to the guests (and easy on the budget too). The little kids present at the shower also got a kick out of them and took them all home.
