I was looking for a chain for a diamond my husband bought me, the chains that come with a necklace that you buy are so cheap that they break, i was lookinf for a box chain cause they are strong and harder to break The chain i found was perfecit i'am very happy with this chain. and would recomd this chain to any one looking for a box chain.

Very nice gold chain, sturdy, great for small to medium pendants, also, pretty worn alone. But the other reviewers were right, this chain has a very large round ring on the end which will not fit through most small and some medium pendants. I wish they had oval or smaller rings soldered on. However, a jeweler can fix for a few dollars, annoying, but still a good deal. The other issue is some of these chains are defective, so need to be returned or fixed. Again, annoying, but... Amazon has been good about refunds, replacements aren't always possible, as these are frequently out of stock for extended periods, especially when they are on sale. But for the sale price of around $41, it's still worth it. I have ordered several and would order again.

This chain is very small and dainty. It would be good to use with a small, light pendant or charm. For an inexpensive chain, I was glad to see that it had a lobster claw clasp which is not found very often on the less expensive chains. It has a nice luster and hangs nicely around the neck.

I got this chain to replace the chain that came with a flower pendant that I reviewed. This chain has a nice sparkle to it and, although it is a small chain, it doesn't seem to tangle easily. The clasp is a common spring ring. Just type in Spring ring clasp in Google and you should be able to find a photo if you don't know what that is.

Very nice chain for the price, light weight but good value for a small pendant

This is a great purchase. Not too thin, a perfect size. I have purchased many of these chains over the years and they have lasted well.

I ordered this chain to replace the one which came with a pendant I bought here. But, this chain turned out to be not much thicker than the pre-existing chain. I would not recommend this chain
