I bought these for my girlfriend and when I received them I thought that the color was a little "light", but the purple really stood out with her dark hair. She has been very pleased with these as a gift and now she wants a necklace to match the earrings...I see a birthday gift coming up soon.

These earrings were a Christmas gift and were a big hit. Because she cannot wear studs,the fishhook design was perfect. I would like to find a neckless with the same stone.

The color is lighter in person than in the picture but they are very pretty. The size is just right to either dress up or dress down. You could get away with wearing these with pink or purple depending on the shade. These are a great price and definitely worth buying!!

I so wanted to like these earrings since I was expecting to receive the same item pictured. Huge dissapointment. The stones are light purple just like the picture of the same earrings in yellow gold. The gold setting is nice, don't expect a lot of gold though, very thin but nicely done. The stone size is accurate with the description (8mm), they are eye clean and shine nicely; if only the color was the one promised!. You would want to wear these with a post since they would get lost very easy.

These are great earrings-the stones are great quality, although I wish these earrings had some sort of backs on them because I feel like the could fall out very easily. I liked these earrings so much that I bought them in 4 other colors. I have purchased them for presents for others, and get compliments all the time.

Bought These Earrings for a gift. I was told the recipient might not like them, so I wore them out myself. Gosh they were pretty. Pale pink and lavender. Large stones that shone in the sun and the light. I kept looking in mirrors. Of course the Birthday Girl Loved them and I had to give them up. I can't buy the same earrings as hers. I've bought alot of expensive jewelery but I love these.

I am dissapointed at the earrings because the size, i was expecting them to be a little bit more bigger, but i decided to keep them beacause they still look very pretty...thanks...

I was originally going to order a pair of sterling silver/citrine earrings for my daughter for Christmas from another website, but balked at paying $13.95 shipping for a pair of earrings, and decided to check out Amazon. I'm glad I did, as I was able to get her these 14K earrings for LESS than I'd have paid for the other ones! The stones have nice color, and are well matched. Hope she likes them!

Very cute affordable earrings. From the picture I just expecting a longer dangler earring. But not bad for the price paid for the set. The gold is thinner than expected and it didn't come with a lock in back so that the earrings dont fall off. Overall good item for the price paid. This item would be a perfect gift for the young girls.

I bought these earrings for my wife for Christmas because I try to always get her jewelry for the holidays, but it happened to be a gadget-heavy year and I didn't want to spend too much on the jewelry. She loves them, and wears them every time they're appropriate for her outfit. A minor downside is that they really could use a backing, as they feel a little unsecure. She wears other dangle earrings, so it's not just that she's used to earrings with backs. It wasn't enough to downgrade this review to four stars though, as she found something off-hand that she could put on the backs to keep them secured (not sure if it came from another pair of earrings or from somewhere else).
