It's definitely made at the lowest possible cost, and it doesn't allow you to stop in the middle of the game, close it and continue, as some travel games do. In other words, the game's on the outside, not the inside. The dice are almost too small to hold and roll, but just work. There's no rim on the edge of the board, so you can't play this on a plane... dice will be under the seats and gone forever in about 2 rolls. But, it's small and it's light and it works... just.
