All I have to say about this item is that it arrived in the mail two days ago. Within 24 hours, two of the "emeralds" fell out, never to be seen again. My fiancee wore it for about an hour around the house. It was cute, although I must stress the quotes around the "emeralds" and "diamond" in the description, but it fell apart quicker than something I could have bought out of a gumball machine.

I gave this to my sister for Christmas since emerald is her birthstone and I liked the design. She seemed to like it even though she is picky. My wife also liked it. I, however, was somewhat dismayed that the several of the emeralds were cloudy, one was mounted farther back than the others, and the lone diamond appeared to be a chunk of quartz with no clarity. (It does look like the Amazon picture which show varying shades of green, I guess I was hoping for more consistent emeralds.) Even with these flaws, it still makes a beautiful presentation with nice shape and contrasting color- it's not like someone is going to look at it up close with a jeweler's glass. The metal work and chain were very nice.

I bought this as a Today's Pick. It was offered at a sizeable discount so I was hesitant. It is, as expected, smaller than pictured. Usually the chains and/or clasps are an issue with these items but not with this one. The emeralds overshadow the diamonds but that actually suits me. It looks good considering the price.

The item looks very elegant and exquisite. The chain is neither thick nor thin - just perfect. You can reposition the chain and hang it on the "diamond" side. The few issues I have are the color of the emeralds. They appear much lighter in real life compared to the picture. Is it normal? Is this how emeralds could look like? I am not familiar with this stone. I am sure you can find out a lot of info about emeralds upon researching. The diamonds are not really diamonds. There is one glistening stone - the rest is silver made to look like a row of diamonds. Is that lonly stone a diamond? I don't know. All in all, I truly like the piece. If you pay just $24 for it, you can't expect a row of diamonds, right? I recommend it to everyone if you are not too picky and realize what you are buying - it's beautiful.

I bought this necklace when it was in the gold box to give to my little sister for her sweet 16, she loeves it! For the next month she kept telling me how it was her favorite gift and that she got complimented on it whereever she went.
The first one I recieved was missing an emerald but amazon quickly exchanged it. I have no complaints about this item!

This is a beautiful necklace - I am very pleased with it. The chain is a nice length and weight. I am considering purchasing another one for a gift.
