Amazon recently ran this bracelet on a special price of $31.99 during the holidays. I had been looking at it for some time because I have a lot of gemstone earrings and rings. While it is a pretty bracelet, there are some things that I wish were better. For instance, all of the stones are rather small, noticeably smaller than the beetle type clasp, which sticks out prominently as a result. There are a total of 20 stones in the bracelet, four of each color. Regarding the color of the stones, the amethysts are dark, almost a purple black, not at all like the picture; the citrine is a washed out yellow; and the topaz is pale blue, just as pictured. The garnets and peridots are the truest in color, the garnets being a medium to dark red with no brown tones and the peridot being a light to medium traditional green for that gem. The clasp does work somewhat hard, but not impossibly so; it's the outside two finishing clips that are the problem rather than the slide in piece. I'm going to keep the bracelet, but if I had paid the current price of $50, I would have returned it as being too expensive for what it is. January 12 update: after taking the bracelet on and off several times, the clips have become less stiff, making them easier to fasten and remove.

This is a beautiful bracelet that looks like it cost several times what it did. I get compliments on it often. Exceptional value!

I love my new bracelet. I really can't afford gold but the overlay is very well done and no one will know the difference. I have a lot of gemstone jewelry and now a bracelet that goes with it all. Thanks Amazon!

I have gifted this bracelet to my friend and she was so xcited to see it. The Gem stones in this bracelet are very very colourful and looking gr8 when we wear it. I'm giving four stars only becoz the bracelet pin to lock is little difficult to open while removing. Overall it is good and worth the price.

This bracelet is beautiful and an unbelievable bargain. The overall quality is excellent especially for the price. The stones are a good size and have great color. The bracelet has a solid quality feel to it. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an affordable piece of jewelry.

I bought this bracelet in early November during what appeared to be a one week sale...for $32! I had been looking at this bracelet and knew I would not spend the list amount. It is a beautiful bracelet which looks like the "real thing" - lovely, vibrant colored stones, lovely settings and catch. I told a friend about this great sale..and she and I have been waiting for it to occur once again. When you see it, pounce on it! It really did happen...and it was for such a short time. Great buy, at that price especially.

I have shopped around for this type of bracelet for sometime. Even on jewelry channels. They were always around $300. When I ordered it from Amazon I wasn't sure what I would be getting for the price. WELL-wasn't I surprised. The bracelet is beautiful,and is an exact duplicate of one I had priced at $275!!! Could not be happier!

The bracelet has beautiful stones and fits just right. I love it.
I would recommend it to anyone. I hope the gold does not wear off.

I absolutely love this item! Looks just like gold and this stones are just perfect size and shape. Everybosy asks me where i got such a gorgeous bracelet. I would defenetely buy it again.

I bought this for my wife when Amazon was having a gold box deal. I have to say up front that my track record when buying jewelry for my wife is somewhat mixed, but I liked the color combinations shown and decided to take a chance. Surprise, my wife really liked the bracelet. (The way I can tell when she really likes something is if she wears it more than the obligatory one time. She's worn this bracelet multiple times, so I know she's fond of it.)

Impressions:
- The colors aren't quite as vivid as shown in the picture but still look nice.
- While my wife's wrist is a bit thicker than norm (at least when compared to other bracelets I've bought her), this one fits her just right.
- The stones are a little smaller than I thought they'd be from looking at the picture, but still work well with the bracelet.
- She's commented that the clasp is a little stiff, but I'm thinking that may not necessarily be an entirely bad thing if it helps keep the clasp shut.

Overall ... as I said in my title, since my better half likes the bracelet, I'm happy. I don't know if I would have bought it at the usual Amazon price, but as a gold box deal, it was a good buy. Four stars.
