I would not use the word diamond or diamond accent for these earings. Its all metal. Obviously the price subsequently seems huge for this pair of earings. I would not recommend anyone this earings. I personally prefer to have paid a few dollars extra and got better earings, but oh well, i learnt from my mistake.
