Sort of cheap looking but OK for the gold box price. Diamonds almost look like marcasite they are so dark.

The pendant in reality looks cheaper than the one in the photo. I was not impressed by the quality of the gemstones when I got this. It looked like plastic gemstones.

I received this as a gift, and while it is larger than I would normally wear, it is a pretty pendant...the overall size of the heart seems to be slightly larger than a quarter, something to keep in mind. I have worn it several times and received many compliments.

The craftsmanship is very crude and the ruby and diamond looks fake. I paid $25 during the "Gold Box" deal. I can't recommend anyone paying more than $25 for this.

I guess I shouldn't have expected anything more than what I got for the price I paid. What I got was a pendant in which the rubies had pits and holes in them. I was not very happy with this purchase, but I guess it is my fault for expecting anything else for the price that I paid.

This beautiful Ruby Heart Pendant has gotten me kudos from my wonderful wife whom I have the pleasure of being wed for 29 years. She was surprised by the large size, and it's shiny gold and diamonds. She said that "the shape is quite pleasing." Finally the price was great. I highly recommend it.

Picture looks much nicer than in person. Ruby and diamonds look plastic and the setting is very light and thin. The setting is also not polished and feels cheep. For a little more money one can do much better shopping at a regular store in person where the jewelry can be inspected.

I bought this for my girlfriend, but I was embarrassed to give it to her, since it felt so cheap to the touch. The picture on Amazon.com is very good, but deceptive. Looked at straight-on, the heart looks attractive. But from the sides or back, it becomes obvious how cheap this jewelry is. There are poorly manufactured rough edges around the poorly designed open spaces all around the back and sides. By my judgement, this item is too poor to be worth any price. For the same price, get something simpler but solid instead.
