Item came tangled in two knots either end, slippage in shipping?
Was also surprised to see a toggle even though the bracelet is pictured with a clasp closure. I'm wary of toggles, they can come loose as this did, three times in the house. I liked it enough to take it to a local jeweler and have the toggle removed and a clasp put on. Picture should reflect the actual piece.

The two I bought are Christmas gifts so will not know the reaction to them for a while. They looked nice if a bit fragile but Hope the girls will like them.
