I was a little nervous as this was my first jewelry purchase, sight-unseen. I feared that the metal work and/or the stone quality might be disappointing, but this bracelet is GORGEOUS in cut and color of the stones and qaulity of the gold. I am no gem expert, so I cannot speak of the clarity of the stones except to say that no occlusions jump out to the naked eye and this bracelet puts on a small fireworks show when light hits it. As for carats, there are a lot of them, but perhaps not 28 with the 15 stones advertised as my wife's bracelet has 13 stones. I believe this has to do with the length of the bracelet for proper fit, but is clearly misleading as I ordered the 7-1/8" as displayed. This was part of my gift to my wife for our ten-year anniversary and it was definitely a good move!
