I like it.
on October 27, 2013
It made a great first impression. I enjoyed using it on a 7 hour bike ride. It worked perfectly and held a lot of cargo. The strap did not dig into my side. The plastic snap connector had no brand name and appeared thinner and weaker than conventional (over-engineered) backpack connectors. I presume it will fail sooner than expected, so I'll carry a carabiner or large zip tie along as backup. I predict the nice but cheap feeling red fabric will fade quickly after being exposed to sunshine for several months. A candle was rubbed along all the zipper teeth in hopes of having wax help the zippers operate smoothly.
The bag was very useful for cycling, since bike shorts have no pockets. The small bag held a deflated inner tube, small crescent wrench, chain tool, triple Allen key, tire levers, Swiss army knife, keys, wallet, patch kit, and a small digital camera, with a little room to spare. I was happy to have it along for the ride, since brake and shifter cables interfere with access to a large handlebar bag. It felt much better to have tools supported behind me compared to constantly lifting and lowering them in cargo shorts pockets.
I wouldn't recommend wearing it straight back, since it looks like red underwear from a distance. It felt fine and functional that way, but worked just as well off to one side. It wasn't as good straight sideways, since pedaling the bike made it constantly move. Walking with it to the side was fine.
The strap was a lot longer than I needed. It was easily adjustable and held its position.
So I used it for one day and was impressed. This review will be updated if any problems emerge. The rating might go up or down three months from now. It appears to be a good value. I'm glad it served my needs.

Carried it along on several 3 to 7 hour bike trips. No problems. I used a carabiner and left the snap lock open. It felt comfortable and I had peace of mind that the snap lock wasn't really needed. The zippers operated smoothly thanks to the candle wax. The bag is the perfect size for a long bike ride.
