This stuff makes you feel better. To say more than that would be indiscreet, but the problem it helps you solve is a problem that you should try to stop having because it leads to untold other health problems. So if you want to get rid of it, take a scoop of this mixed with any drink you like (Scotch? I haven't tried it, but you never know), once or twice a day. Also helps lower cholesterol. By the way, this price is less than half what you'd pay at Whole Foods.

As a caregiver for my mother with Alzheimer's I was at my wits end in trying to find an effective laxative that was homeopathic and natural. Due to her severe constipation we had several ugly toiletting episodes...ehrmmm, anyhoo after trying many many many things I wandered into a WF store and came across this.It really was my first experience in discovering how the RIGHT product can really SOLVE a problem. Two years later she is still given this as part of her dietary regimen.

As a vegetarian who eats about 50% raw foods I didn't think I would "need" this. A few months ago I began to take it as part of a detoxification regimen...and it really is effective. After the cleansing it has also become part of my dietary regimen.

I have been using Metamucil for several months with average results, but it always bugged me that there is sucrose added to it. Especially since it doesn't do anything to improve the taste. I found Yerba Prima at my local grocery store and decided to give it a try. Everything about it, including the recyclable biodegradable packaging, no sugar added, and low price felt better to me. I tried it the first time last night and it works AWESOME! So much better than Metamucil. And, I LOVE that I'm not getting the extra sugar that I don't want and need. It also gave me results that were much quicker and substantial than I had experienced before. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER HERE!!!
