This book is amazing. I have read it multiple times. I suggest it to everyone I know in sales. It has increased my sales tremendously and it makes you understand how people think and can be persuaded. The book is a psychology book, but it can be read by the normal person. It's easy to read and very easy to apply. It's worth every penny!
