One of the most talented Christian/Gospel messengers of all time, Alvin Slaughter, has raised the bar for "Church" music in the 90's. However, many christian performers have talent. What makes this artistunique? I believe that it is his ability to appropriate his entire heart and soul into his worshipping and praising our God. I would like to say, THANK YOU to Mr. Slaughter for dedicating your life to a supreme purpose and prosing and example to mature and new Christians alike. YES!You think this CD is GREAT you have to try, "Revive us Lord".

I bought this cd after I saw how my 2 yr old daughter responded to Mr Slaughter on tv. The cd certainly didn't disappoint. We play it loud and sing along almost daily. You can't listen to this cd without feeling good and experiencing a renewal of faith. Yes!

I will wear out this CD (if that's possible). Alvin Slaughter, the singers and the band combine to create an atmosphere of praise and worship that I have rarely experienced from a tape or CD. I smile, I cry, I lift my hands in praise and thanksgiving to the Lord.

This is a powerful CD!

This album is fantastic. I saw Alvin Slaughter in person at a Christmas extravaganza, and he was marvelous. Right after that I went out and purchased his album entitled Yes. This is the album for anyone who needs uplifting. For anyone who needs to feel the presence of the Lord in their soul. This album makes you want to shout, clap your hands, cry for joy and sing just for the glory of it.

I was so fortunate to see Mr. Slaughter, his pianist and his son at my Church twice over the weekend. He put on a great concert last night and I couldn't wait to order everything I could get of his. He is truly a great Christian and a joy to listen to.

Alvin Slaughter sings like he knows God. His songs and the presentation of his songs are so inspirational. It is so real. I felt like I was there. It is not show boaty, it is voices lifting up to the father in praise. Wonderful!!!

Alvin Slaughter has a special way of praising God....and I enjoy him at his best. I added it to my collection.

The songs are easy to learn and they are so uplifting.I listen to the cd at least four times a week. Thanks Alvin Slaughter for making such a worthy ck.
