There were other great songs in "Yes Man" that don't appear on the soundtrack because apparently the soundtrack creator thought it best to basically put out an Eels album. Don't get me wrong; I love the Eels and the songs were great for the movie, but what about the rest?? "Helicopter" by Bloc Party is an awesome song that was in the movie; why isn't it featured on here??

The highlight of this soundtrack that makes it worth buying is Zooey's songs as MbP; I love her and those songs make me laugh every time! For her and her alone, I give the soundtrack 5 stars... but for factoring in the rest, I had to give an overall rating of 3.

The Eels are good, but I really enjoy this soundtrack because of Zooey Deschanel and Von Iva. The Munchausen By Proxy songs have an infectious beat and funny lyrics as Zooey Deschanel rags on an ex-boyfriend. I crack up when I listen to those songs because they remind me of the band wearing weird costumes and playing to four devoted fans. Great performance and songs!

Zooey Deschanel earnestly singing the "late night booty call" song alone makes the entire album worth buying.

There are only (2) bands on the soundtrack, the Eels, and the movie band "Munchausen By Proxy", with Zooey Deschanel and I think her name is Iva Tucker. The songs are catchy and hillarious! It was gret that they put these songs on the soundtrack, because it make it worth the purchase.

I picked this up as I am addicted to some lyrics from this cd......love love love Zoe singing "Im not your 11pm booty call" and other gems....highly rec for any lady out there...esp. one going thru a breakup!

Great songs from the Eels, And those quirky Munchausen By Proxy songs too! you'll be asking yourself "Who are you?"

I really enjoy this soundtrack - especially Tracks 10-13 that include Zooey Deschanel singing (Munchausen by Proxy). It's funny lyrics and has an 80's pop groove. Trust me you'll enjoy it!

This cd does not have separate ways by journey? That song exemplified the movie and was played at it's most important part. I do not no how it is not here. I was hoping also for the song they played during most of the engagement party, Stomp by the Brothers Johnson, to be here. But i would expect the Journey song to be on it. This will baffle me to the end of my days, because i really loved the scoring.

This cd was a great purchase I listen to it a lot and enjoy it every time!

I wanted this album for the Yes Man song. This is the only song that I really like on the album. I was not too impressed by the EELS (#1-#9). Munchausen by Proxy (Feat. Zooey Deschanel & Von Iva) were the best songs on the album (tracks #10-#13). Zooey Dechanel always preforms so well on the various albums she has graced.

I am 53 years old and I enjoyed the movie, and this soundtrack. Had to get it to get the complete versions of the songs from the movie. Really good music. Others have noted the omission of the Journey song from the movie climax, but I have Journey's greatest hits so I have access to the song.
