I love everything about this story! The fact that you can own a copy of it in such a lovely format is very nice. It makes a wonderful gift if you're wanting to share the ideals of faith and love. Also, it is simply the best answer to the question! I am giving it to an adult for Christmas this year.

I love Christmas and Santa Claus. I don't believe I will EVER outgrow it. I pray that I don't. This book just reaffirms exactly what I've known and felt for years. I've seen the movies, etc., but this was the first book w/ this title. What a winner! Get it! I can't imagine you regretting it. Wonderful pictures and story.

A beautifully illustrated edition based on the legendary letter that appeared in The New York Sun in 1897. Perfect for those who ask whether there really is a Santa? Team this with the movie Miracle on 34th Street (either version) and they will believe for many more years to come.

This is such a great story. I have always loved it, and when I saw it on the book list on line, bought it for my grandchildren and my great grandchildren. I know they will come to love this story too.

I love this book and so does my son. It's beautifully illustrated and great for the times when your kids ask you if there's really a Santa Claus. I get tears in my eyes and choked up every time I read it.

Oh how I love this book, the story behind this is just precious. Your children or grandchildren will love the art work in this book as it is an Old Fashioned Hometown Christmas story that I love. I believe there is a little Santa Claus in everyone.

A wonderfully illustrated book of the Sun editor's answer to Virginia O'Hanlon's question about the existance of Santa. This story is a wonderful way to explain the magic of Christmas to those with "questions". I have used this story for many years, and this book is a very nice piece to sit down with children of that age and broach this delicate subject. I highly recommend this book.
