Green Hill Productions presents "YESTERDAY", a solo piano tribute to The Music of the Beatles, featuring pianist Beegie Adair one of the best kept secrets around --- if you haven't discovered Beegie Adair yet, you don't know what you've been missing --- Beegie Adair born in Barren County, Kentucky is a jazz pianist --- She studied piano at Western Kentucky University. She moved to Nashville, Tennessee where she did graduate work at Peabody College --- She later went on to form the Beegie Adair Trio.

Adair went to work as a pianist on WSM-TV and Radio --- After 9 years at the station, she began freelancing studio work, in addition to TV orchestra work --- She was rehearsal pianist and utility keyboard on the Johnny Cash Show on ABC for 3 years --- She has many album credits with musicians all around the world, including John Stewart, John Loudermilk, J.J. Cale, Ronnie Milsap and Mickey Newbury --- Her TV credits include shows with Dolly Parton, Carol Burnett, Lucille Ball --- She has accompanied such artists as Urbie Green, Nat Adderley, Lew Tabackin, Perry Como, Wayne Newton and Henry Mancini in live concerts --- She has 23 jazz recordings with her trio, the Beegie Adair Trio, which consists of bassist Roger Spencer and percussionist Chris Brown --- She currently lives in Franklin, Tennessee with her husband, Bill who is an associate professor of jazz studies at the Blair School in Vanderbilt University.

Beegie is citing George Shearing, Bill Evans, Oscar Peterson and Erroll Garner among her influences, Adair has recorded over 20 CDs, ranging from Cole Porter standards to Frank Sinatra classics to romantic World War II ballads --- Her 6-CD Centennial Composers Collection of tunes by Rodgers, Gershwin, Kern, Ellington, Carmichael and Berlin became an instant collectible classic when it was released in 2002.

Just the right key.

First hear this CD while at a Bed & Breakfast. Fell in love with it. The music is so relaxing and yet exciting to hear some of my favorite Beatles tunes. The perfect gift for any Beatles fan.

I can't believe how quickly the CD's came, and they are just perfect. Beegie Adair does the Beatles' hits beautifully, and I can listen to this CD again and again.

I have just learned about Beegie Adair in the past year via Pandora Radio and love her music. She plays all of the songs very beautifully. The "Yesterday" Album contains songs by the Beatlesher selection of the songs she plays are great. I especially love to hear "Here, There and Everywhere" as well as "In My Life". They are so beautiful with her playing them. The CD is a great accomplishment by a great artist. For those people who lived during the 1960s and who love the Beatles' music, I would recommend that they purchase this CD as well as any of her albums that she has produced.

A Beegie Adair Fan

This is my favorite Beegie Adair album. Beatles on piano, renditions that are immediately recognizable and yet more mellow than the originals. Absolutely makes you want to hear more. Wish she would make a Beatles - album 2.

I am a fan of Beegie Adair and have almost all of her CD's. They are all just great and this one is outstanding. She has such a wonderful style music and with her trio, it is even better. From upbeat to easy listening, Beegie Adair is super. Love the songs she plays. Highly recommend.

Beegie Adair continues to record excellent CDs. Highly recommended to both fans who enjoy Adiar's music and the Beatlies.
