Not sure what category this music falls into...it's indie experimental rock with poppy melodies. I had only heard one song by this artist before, and knew very little about him- still don't know much. Buying this CD was a risk that paid off. Give this CD a few spins and you'll be singing along as best you can (can't find the lyrics anywhere). I'm sure someone else will know what non-indie music to compare this to-- I hadn't ever heard of the indie artists mentioned in reviews. If you searched out this disc, you probably know more than me anyway- so buy this! I live in Urbana, where Parasol, the record label is located, but I have no affiliation with them at all, so I have no hidden agenda in promoting people to try this CD.
