Why does this have a negative review? It's not a bad game at all. The gameplay is well made and the graphics are nice. What is bad about this game? It's not perfect yes but it's perfectly playable. The enemies are well designed to give you a chance to defeat them and the challenge is legit, not broken. What is broken about this game? One hit deaths? What about Contra? Also what about Battletoads? This game is a lot easier then Battletoads and also Castlevania. I personally think this game doesn't get the love it deserves.

Compared to today's fancy schmancy Wii and XBox and whatever else, this game might seem rather poor in comparison. And even amongst other NES games, this is not the greatest, but it is by no means a bad game. Some parts might be a bit frustrating - moving platforms and the like, something I have NEVER enjoyed - but other features are enjoyable. The controls are fairly smooth and the gameplay is decent. My favorite part of the game was the games you played after you completed a level (where you had to beat another Noid in a pizza eating contest) All in all, it is not a bad game. 3.5.5 stars.

After about a couple of dozens of times of playing this, i just finally beat it (no cheats, just straight up)and I would rate the difficulty at medium high or hard low.This might (keyword: MIGHT!) be the hardest game i ever beat BUT by no means is this game too hard and i think its laughable that some people call this an impossible game to beat. Who Cares?!? if you only get one hit, Who Cares?!? if this is a corporate sponsored game (infact: that gives it added points, considering most corporate sponsored games are so bad). If you want a GOOD platformer with GOOD graphics for the Nes and you dont mind the difficulty being way above the average mario or sonic game THEN you need to look no further. 4 stars
