This is a nice book of basic yo-yo tricks. Why get this one when there are several basic trick books out there? Well someone got smart and made this so it could fit in your back pocket. Many other basic trick books, although fine, are not as portable as this book. Even if you have another basic trick book you might consider this one if you like to practice on the road. Once you master this book then check out the Yonomicon.. Lucky Meisenheimer M.D. author of "Lucky's Collectors Guide to 20th Century Yo-Yos...History and Values"

Stu's wit and cleverness shines through on every page, making what could be only drab descriptions into entertainment even for those who know these tricks by heart. If you like this, get a copy of Stuart Crump's *It's Yo-Yo Time!* which includes not only tricks, but history, articles, and fiction on yo-yos -- all of top quality!

Great book with many yo-yo tricks to learn. My 9 year old son is loving this book! It is written very clearly and the tricks are easily explained. There are pictures included for all 45 tricks, and step by step directions for each trick. It was definately worth getting this book with his new yo-yo so that he doesn't lose interest. The book has been written very simply so kids should not have any trouble learning the tricks. Worth the price and I am happy I bought it!

"Yo-Yo Tricks & Tips" is a very nice, pocket sized book showing a good number of Yo-Yo tricks.

We bought this book for my daughter (16) and son (12) after they began to master basic Yo-Yo skills using Duncan Yo-Yo and Butterfly Yo - Yo By Duncan®.

This book had many tricks that varry in skill level from easy to very hard, but contains very clear instructions and well drawn pictures to show how each trick should be done.

Highly Recommended!

I like the format of the book, easy to carry around. It's easy to read and understand, it has a lot of tricks that a novice can learn also intermediate and advanced. It's practical to have all these tricks collected in such a cool way. I like it!

Book gives history of yo-yo-ing and clearly illustrates how to do the tricks as well as it gives very well written instructions. 10 yr old son has learned many a trick since Christmas by this book.

This was purchased for a our local library. Can't comment on the book itself, as I haven't read it. But shipping was fast and book was in the condition promised.

This was for my younger brother who is sooo into yo-yoing right now. It was a good information little book and he loved it. The only disappointment was that the book was soooooo thin! Like, not even an inch thick. Good anyhow though!
