I put this on for friends the other night, and we had a shock when we heard how wonderful Mary Schneider is. We expected the disc to be complete kitsch, but it's a good time, in clever arrangements with original lyrics. Wonderful performances by Mary Schneider and the orchestra.

Although this gets on your nerve once you hear it all you admire the artistery of the Mary Schneider. I picked this as a gift for a classical music lover. I guess he will have a one time thrill and never put this on again

I am listening to this collection at the moment. I have never heard the classics done with yodeling before.
Wonderful is the change of pace as done by this singer. Terrific.
