This little gem of a book offers a concise, step-by-step guide to spiritual development, drawing on both Yogic and Taoist traditions. Qigong master Larry Johnson reveals the patterns that connect Indian and Chinese Medecine with spiritual alchemy. This inspiring overview ties all these disciplines together, and can help you deepen your own practice - whether you study Yoga, Qigong or other forms of moving meditation. It was an eye-opener for me, and gave new meaning to ancient practices, along with the "big picture" I was looking for in my own life.
