Too hard for me but GREAT instructions,

As the title says, this video is all about alignment and form. I have been practicing for several years off and on and some of the poses are too difficult for me. If you are looking for a superb instructional video that pinpoints down to a gnat's rear end EXACTLY what you should be doing in each pose, this is it. I have viewed a lot of yoga tapes, and have never seen one so precise in its instruction. It is not a video that I would follow each day for a regular yoga practice. There is no warmup. It simply goes from one pose to another with very specific instructions for each one. It goes from downward facing dog straight to triangle pose, etc. No forward bends or easy twists to start you off. I believe if you are a fairly advanced student of yoga simply looking to perfect your form, this is for you.
