I have approximatley 27 yoga tapes, and this is my new favorite! Ateeka's voice is soothing, without being fake. The music blends perfectly with the setting and style. No gongs or windchimes, that are over used in those bargain videos. Very beautiful scenery, but most importantly, the workout just flows! I love it. I especially like that Ateeka gives the information, of the pose you are doing, on what it does for your body. There is only one pose, the backbend, that I can't yet do, but she gives you an alternate to work on, until you get here. I haven't found this in other tapes. I really can't say enough about this video, that will make it as good as experiencing it for yourself!

I just recieved this tape yesterday. After watching it, I had to try it!! The secenery is gorgeous, the music relaxing, and the workout left me feeling calm and peaceful. There were a few poses that I couldn't fully do, but just as Ateeka says in the tape, I found my own edge and relaxed into it from there. She is obviously very gifted at yoga and she holds the poses long enough for you to feel the benefits. Anybody can do this tape!! It has poses from beginner to advanced, so there's something for everyone! I slept so good last night! And I'm still feeling the effects today. Get this tape and enjoy the peaceful, blissful feeling that will overcome you as you complete it. This video is defenitly a winner in my book. Get a taste of what yoga is really like,not just going from stretch to stretch very quickly in 20 minutes or less. She asks you to imagine a color, soon you will feel that color engulf you as you become in touch with your inner self. If you're looking around and can't decide what tape to get, GET THIS ONE!! It will change your outlook on the day and possibly on your life.

As someone who has alot of yoga videos, this video ranks as one of my favorites...It's everything a yoga video should be. The music is haunting and stays with you all day. Ateeka has a voice that is so soothing that you immediately relax. Her workout is superb, the poses carefully chosen to stretch and relax every area of the body. This is not power yoga--no endless series of sun salutations but includes a sun salutation warm-up and both standing and seated postures. From the opening breathing and meditation to the deep relaxation, Ateeka invites you to capture the "bliss" and the spirit of yoga. Beautifully filmed alongside the ocean in Maui.
