This two-video set offers a very different spin on practicing yoga. "Yoga Sculpts" is a fast paced aerobic workout using various yoga postures; and "Yogo Moves" is a dance video combining familar yoga moves. It should be titled,"Creative Yoga for The Advance Student." There's nothing here for the novice or beginning student unless you're looking for a creative or experimental form of expressing yourself using yoga. In "Yoga Moves," Molly Fox leads you through a 50 minute fat-burning workout using dance movement and yoga moves that do little to teach the novice about perfecting the art of yoga. "Yoga Sculpts," offers a 40 minute high impact aerobic workout designed to strenthen and shape the legs, arms and waist while increasing overall muscle definition. These videos work if your looking to break tradition and take yoga to a new age concept. Since the two videos are really not instructional in nature, they could offer a challenge to the advanced student looking for an alternative workout. They are not recommended for the beginner or the unfit.
