Good book but I'm still looking for a book that starts with more basic moves. This, like every other beginners books I've looked at assume you're young and flexible. I had trouble with even the most basic poses. I am looking for a book that teaches you how to do pre-stretch exercises for old farts I guess.

I love that this book gets to the point. I've done every pose for two nights in a row, and I plan on keeping it up. I don't know if I believe that it will help with weight loss, but even if it doesn't, I like how it makes me feel. Losing weight will be a bonus. For now, I will continue with my five mile a day walks and my strength training too.
