Relaxing and easy!
I bought this prenatal DVD for my second pregnancy. It is very relaxing and easy to do. My toddler likes to do it with me and she enjoys it just as much! The routines are quick and the instructor gives ample explanation. I will be looking for other DVDs by "Yoga to Go" after the baby.

It's ok, but...
I wasn't too impressed with the video. The sessions were short and it would be great for someone whose never done yoga and is just starting. I wouldn't recommend it for someone in advanced yoga.
