A lucid and practical introduction to Kashmir Shaivism,

Written from the perspective of a spiritual master of Kashmir Shaivism, this book is alive with practical and inspiring insights into an ancient but very timely philosophy. For anyone interested in learning more about Kashmir Shaivism and its approach to consciousness, I believe this to be the best, most lucid and complete introduction to a fascinating subject.
