This book is the translation of the one of the first yoga classic "hatha yoga pradapika", Its a good translation with lot of excellent explanatory commentary which makes this book a real gem, If you are into yoga or want to know about yoga then this book is a must buy because it explains Hatha yoga principles and the main purpose of yoga very well. It includes information about yoga postures, Pranayam (breathing techniques) and also bandhas , Kriyas and Mudras. This book changed my life. Do read this excellent book.
