OK, Nice book,

I thought this book needed more. It is missing yogi Gupta's personal details, he skims over his start as a lawyer, his breif marriage, comming to America and then his rise to power. But nothing in it tells us how and who taught him. i like the book but think he needs a sequel on how he started his ashram in NY and how he started his group of followers.

WOW!! If you need to read one book on yoga this is it!,

I am not into yoga but got a copy of Gupta's text as a gift. At first it sort of challanges you, but then you start to realize how our lives can change. Yogi Gupta, is so honest an open it makes you want to start the steps he indicates. Yogi Gupta said Yoga saved his life from a road of wanton destruction, wine, women, neglect of his sole but he made the change I believe I can too. This is the christmas gift of the year!

A good book to start from,

I thought that the book was good if your a novice, it certainly is an enjoyable read. I believe Yogi Gupta actually still teaches and perhaps he will release a second book, because I need a more detailed advanced book on yoga.
