About the Author

Laura Sachs, created the E-MOTION® Body/Mind Fitness Video, Relaxation CD and YOGA WALK CD programs. She has presented for IDEA (International Dance Exercise Association) since 1994. She has written articles and contributed to Idea Fitness Edge, Idea Source, FitYoga, American Fitness, Natural Health and Shape magazines. She teaches yoga and Pilates at University of San Francisco and the SF Jewish Community Center. Her credentials: Bachlors of Arts, is certified by: American Council of Exercise, Aerobic and Fitness Association of American, Registered Yoga Teacher Yoga Alliance, National Certification of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and an elementary teaching credential.

Yoga Walk by Laura Sachs is the only CD I need to listen to during the day because it effortlessly enhances my feeling of well-being. I highly recommend it.
