This is an awesome compilation of diverse music for an at-home yoga practice, although my yoga teachers play it during their classes at the studio, too. There's even a suggested sequence included. Whether I do that sequence or practice on my own, putting in this CD is inspiration to get yourself on the mat and complete a practice at home. The music is diverse and mellow, but it picks up towards the middle of the CD (when the practice is more challenging) and then it winds down at the end. My favorite part about this CD is that none of the music is cheesy or "airy-fairy" - all the tracks are ones that I can really get into. Overall, a great mix to listen to at any time, but also it's great when I need that little boost to do my own yoga practice.

I love this CD. As a yoga teacher I find a hard time finding a CD where I like all of the songs. I usually have to pick certain songs and make my own CD to take to my classes, not the case with this one. It worked well in my Hatha Vinyasa classes as well as my Power and Astanga classes.

This is by far the best yoga CD I have come across! The songs on the disc are an array of chill out, down tempo beats with an eastern flare. The music flows beautifully and immediately brings you into a more relaxed meditative state. As a yoga teacher, I find this CD helps set the mood for an inspirational and soothing yoga class. Not only do I highly recommend Yoga One for yoga, but also for helping create a blissful ambiance anytime!

This CD was great. All around it flowed nice with my own practice and that with my students' practices. Some songs, just so appropriate (ie: "Remember to breathe"). It would be hear to see similar compilations by different artists.

I am a yoga instructor and purchased this Cd with my classes in mind. This is a great CD!!I am really happy I purchased it,alot of my students have commented on it, saying they really like it. It has a real lounge like feel to it. I just LOVE the first track and all the other ones just fall into place.It varies from peacful tracks to more upbeat, giving a good flowing movement to it,wich is great for more flowing Yoga classes. It is also wonderful for lisening in the car,at home and for peacful entertaining.A great purchase!

This is by far the best yoga CD I've come across...great to relax, practice, or chill to -- but also the perfect blend of hipness and mood to set the stage for any party. We've used Yoga One as background tunes for a variety of dinners and get-togethers, and it always sets the mood for a great night. I'd highly recommend Yoga One to both yoga devotees, as well as anyone looking for a great CD to that just helps the stress of the day melt away.

I can't stop listening to it! Such a thoughtful mix of music. Great for yoga practice as well as just listening to at home, in the car, wherever. I absolutely love it.

WOW! What an amazing compilation of fabulous tunes to do yoga to. The diverse tracks flow perfectly and the yoga sequence included is a great way for me to continue my practice at-home. I also find myself listening to the CD when I'm chilling out, cooking dinner, etc. It's great in the car too! I will definitely recommend the Yoga One CD to all of my friends. Well done!

Truly, this is a beautiful CD, perfect for a flow class or just easy listening. My only complaint is that it wasn't long enough.

Bought this CD on Amazon (hello, can't beat the price! - well, when I bought it a couple of years ago anyway) and from day one and still today, this is my very favorite CD. Every time I play this CD in my class, my students always ask about it. Listen to the sample snippets and you'll get a good grasp of this CD's flow. I've taught, using this CD, a vigorous class to a gentle class and it just always seems to fit the mood.
