this is a great pregnancy yoga tape in english and spanish. helps with breathing, relaxation and stretching/strengthening for labor and birth!!! Loved it!!!

This DVD/VHS was purposely filmed in both English & Spanish so every pregnant woman could enjoy the benefits. It is endorsed by three obstetric physicians and helps prepare you for labor and birth. Relieves aches and discomforts, and is wonderful after birth too!!! Safe and extremely Beneficial. As a childbirth educator and certified doula, this is based on our daily prenatal yoga classes. Taught from the heart!

My wife totally went off training once she fell pregnant having had a miscarriage about a year ago.since purchasing this video she is getting back in tune with her body & mind.
