As much as I enjoy these practices, I had no idea that they were two of her other DVDs. It's very disappointing to waste money like that; it's not indicated anywhere that these were previously released. The title is slightly different as well. I just wanted to post this here so others wouldn't make the same mistake I did.

I am almost fifty and extremely over weight, my bones and joints hurt so doing real yoga was out of the question because my body could not move that way. Finding this yoga DVD was the best thing that has happened to me! In two months I have lost 20 lbs and can move so much better now! You think when you first watch these moves done from a chair that it will not do anything for your body, wrong, in just one week I could feel the difference and in two months I no longer need the chair to do the moves. I have started my sixty year old husband on it and he also loves it as much as he hated to admit it. If your out of shape, over weight, this DVD is for you!

For anyone who is just starting to learn Yoga this tape is a must. I am a 54 year old woman that has excercised for 30 years and cannot continue due to arthritis. I am not able to do other types of Yoga due to my lack of flexibility. This tape allows me to do this with the assistance of the chair. I would highly recommend this tape for anyone who is interested in learning Yoga but can't accomplish the moves with the traditional method. Buy it, you will love it.
