Great mood shifting music for yoga, dance, relaxation, July 31, 2009

I first heard this in a yoga class and it was powerful to have in the background. It positively affected my yoga practice. I like all the songs, especially the last one...it's been wonderful for me to play at work when I can and to move to.

love this cd - especially the last song, July 28, 2010

I teach yoga and my students comment positively on the cd. They particularly like to do savasana to the last song during which I often guide them through a mediation about lying in the sand near the ocean.
