A teacher had used this yoga CD when I was taking her pre-natal yoga class. I loved the music & decided to bring it with me when I went into labor/delivery. I think it really helped me to focus on the music & my breathing exercises rather than the pain.

Excellent cd for yoga vinyasa practice or simply for listening. I don't know why there haven't been reviews on this yet. I am a yoga instructor and found it hard to find music that keeps us flowing in the class throughout the practice. Well, this is one of the rare ones, believe me! Soothing, melodious chanting which helps elevate the spirit of a group class...
